About this role
You own the electrical scope from rough-in to switch-on. Main panel upgrades, sub-panel installs, battery integrations, and the final tie-in to the utility — done to code, signed off, and inspection-ready on the first walk.
What you'll do
- Perform main panel upgrades, sub-panel installs, and service rework
- Make final AC/DC connections on PV + battery systems
- Coordinate with AHJs and walk inspectors through the job
- Mentor apprentices and roof techs on safe electrical practice
What we're looking for
- Active Florida journeyman or master electrician license
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- Comfortable reading single-line diagrams and PV plan sets
- Clean driving record
Nice to have
- Solar PV / ESS install experience (Enphase, Tesla, Franklin, etc.)
- NABCEP PV Installation Professional
