Project Coordinator

You're the air traffic controller for our install pipeline. Permits filed on time, materials ordered before the truck rolls, crews scheduled without conflicts. When you do your job well, the homeowner notices nothing — and that's the point.

• Build and own the weekly install schedule across multiple crews
• File building permits and utility interconnection paperwork
• Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries, and material staging
• Track every project's status and surface blockers before they become problems

• 2+ years in project coordination, scheduling, or operations
• Strong attention to detail — paperwork errors cost real money in this business
• Comfortable in CRM, project management, and spreadsheet tools
• Calm under deadline pressure

• Solar, roofing, or construction permitting experience
• Familiarity with Florida AHJ portals and utility interconnection
