About this role
This is the crew that puts steel and silicon on the roof. We move fast, but we don't cut corners — every install has to pass inspection the first time and look like the renderings we showed the customer. If you take pride in clean conduit runs and a tidy job site, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
- Layout, mount rails, flash penetrations, and set modules on residential roofs
- Run conduit, pull DC + AC wire, and prep for the electrician
- Keep the job site clean and the customer's property protected
- Help finish 1–3 home installs per week as part of a 3–4 person crew
What we're looking for
- Comfortable on residential roofs in Florida heat all day
- OSHA-10 minimum; ladder + fall-protection trained
- Basic hand tools and a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to the morning yard
Nice to have
- Prior solar PV, roofing, or framing experience
- OSHA-30 or NABCEP Associate
